By accessing or using SaaSify ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SaaSify Inc. ("SaaSify", "we", "us", or "our").

SaaSify provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that includes:

  • User authentication and authorization
  • Team and organization management
  • Billing and subscription management
  • API access and integrations
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Our pricing plans are available on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation
  • Scrape or collect data without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by SaaSify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without any obligation to you.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or emergencies.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaSify and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Platform will be revoked
  • You must pay any outstanding fees
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SaaSify.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
